WES report need advice

Hello,
I need some advice about WES. Recently, I got report:

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY:
Diploma (three years)
CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS:
Canadian Equivalency: Secondary school diploma and diploma (three years)

Additionally, I got Graduate Certificate in Canada (1 year program) , Can I clarify for Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees ?
