So I submitted my Scottish Qualifications certificate to WES on March 6th and my college sent my academic transcript on the 4th March. They received both documents and changed to 'evaluation in progress' last Wednesday.

Today I got an email from WES saying they require my degree certificate (I did not do a degree, I only completed a National Certificate course and that is displayed on the Qualifications certificate I sent) and they rejected the information provided for my high school education.

My first question would be, do I need to get my high school education verified if I done a college certificate?

My next question is... what do they do if I can't provide them with what they're asking for? The only 'certificate' I have ever received lists all qualifications I have had from school onwards, and I never done a degree so I can't provide them with a degree certificate...

Also, if they cannot proceed with my evaluation with the documents I have given them and there is absolutely nothing else I can provide them with, can I get a refund?
