WES Processing Time

Hello,

I'm preparing to apply for the Canadian Permanent Residence, my university sent my diplomas to WES July 24th and when I checked WES, they received my documents on August 17th (Bachelor and Master degrees).
Since August 20th, my WES status is In Progress.

Status: In progress
We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
Status last updated: 8/20/2018

Evaluation in Progress

Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.

Should I call WES asking them if they can check my application or it's normal?
PS: my work permit will expire on September 30th.

I also had the same and exact case.
Go and mail wes that they update your status.
After one day of my mail they updated the status to reviewing your evaluation and will complete on 24/9/18
mine document processing status was updated on 22/8/18
