Used both credit card and debit card for WES payment. Both failed. Checked with bank that keep insisting that there are no hold on transactions. Is there anyone who resolved this issue? How did you do it?

Do not know where you live but did you contact the Credit Card company (Amex, Visa) that you are making an international payment? Sometimes they will make not put through a transaction if they think it is an irregular purchase or maybe stolen.
