WES package delivered but not reflecting in WES Portal

Hi Friends,
I had couriered the WES Package from Anna University, Chennai - India on 10th March using India Post - Speed Post. Due to COVID Issues, the delivery got delayed. Tracking consignment shows the package is delivered on 26th May, 2020. But, WES Portal still shows 'We are waiting for your documents' and 'Track My Package' also shows that they have not received the package yet.

Please let me know if anyone else faced this Issue. Also, let me know if there is any option to reach out to WES to check the status.

everyone here is facing the same issue as due to COVID, WES doesn't have enough manpower to open and deal with the packages yet...
