Wes or ICAS?

Hi everyone,
I am applying for my ECA within two- three days. I have done my Bachelors of Architecture from Chitkara University which was of 5 years including 8 months of mandatory internship. After that i pursued my Masters in Architecture from Panjab University which was for 2 years.
Considering my education above, I would like to know whether i should go with ICAS or WES?

Check CES and IQAS as well. However there have been reports that IQAS has restricted the daily intake of applications.
