Please tell me which degree assessment is better WES or ICAS for Engineers and MBA seeking jobs and Continuing studies in Canada ??

Or

Should Engineers and MBA must apply for some other assessment ??

WES evaluation is a must for new 2013 Applicants. But for continuing studies & Job seeking, as WES is recognized all over Canada, it is good to have there evaluation.
