Hi to all!

I made a mistake on my application online To WES for my educational background. I thougt that i must only put degrees that i have completed, that is why i just submit my bachelors degree which was written on my application summary. But as i am reading questions through internet, I have read that i can also send my Current masters degree which is in progres. Can i also submit my certification and transcript to my masters even not written on my online application?

You have to email them via the web form to add or remove a degree.

Another problem, WES as of this moment is not replying. I will just wait though.

They are known for being unresponsive. I have tried calling them and after staying on hold for over 30 mins, I hung up. They took about 3 - 5 days to respond to one message and it would be a generic message written in poor English. Someone on another thread mentioned that they were fast to respond on Twitter. May be you could try that.

Call around 9 AM in the morning to their Canada number. I tried once and was successfully able to connect with a rep.
