WES IS NOT ACCEPTING MY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL GCE OL DOCUMENTS.

Hi , I have conducted my GCE CAMBRIDGE O LEVEL in an international school in Sri Lanka. However WES states that the document needs to be sent by the Cambridge University and not by school ... i need help about how to do this process ? My school is directly certified with Cambridge but still WES have informed that the document cannot be accepted.
