WES is having maintenance, ICAS 20 weeks-which else?

Wes is having maintenance, the website does not show how long does it take.
ICAS is processing application in 20 weeks, it is too long.
Which other service works well?

WES usually takes 10-15 working days once they receive your documents. They received my documents on 16th may and competed my evaluation on 27th may.

Yes,they are pretty fast. But the service is not available right now and I do not know how long I can not start my process with WES.
