Greetings Everyone, you can always apply for WES , IQAS , ICAS Or CES Attestation ECA Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Pakistan , all you need to do is just get the copies attested from the board like your inter matric degree attested by the board and ask them to send the copies in a sealed envelope duly attested. Some boards or educational institutional unfortunately need the presence of applicant for this purpose. i couldn’t visit due to job in Pakistan but apparently a relative of mine suggested me a reliable service can be communicated here . I also needed to register my records in hec data base and also needed my cnic and passport copies. It was tough but these guys realy did it well. I was happy to get my ECA in an email initially and later in hard copy.
