Hi all Question concern Wes I am high school gruadate with one year at law school but I didn’t finish the whole year is it considered a one year university certificate ? Anyone with experience could answer me please thanks

WES, for the purpose of immigration evaluates only completed degrees.

no, it does not. WES doesn't count for university or college drop outs.
