WES form

I have done my bachelors of commerce from panjab university, Chandigarh. I tried to open the PU official site to download the form for WES but the site was locked. Anyone can send me the form or link for transcripts attestation and please let me know how much they charge for 5 documents and form.

Hey you can now pay fees online that is 525 for one certificate +160 transcripts form .For b.com u need to pay 4* 525=2100+160=2260. However, I did not get which form are you talking about. Is it transcript application form?
