Hi, I am applying for undergraduate program in Canada. I sent sealed envelope of 9th-12th mark sheets signed and attested by my school Principal. I study in a CBSE School. I got a reply from WES stating that "your documents are not directly sent by the board/council so it is not accepted". Who is board or council here? What am I supposed to do? Please help?
