I have completed 3 years BBA (A accredited by NAAC college) and also completed MBA from India, How will WES evaluate my degree? I look forward to start my career in Canada

WES evaluation is processed case by case depending on the institution and the program taken. You should ask WES directly instead of asking here.

We had same situation with my wife - you will need to ask both BBA and MBA college / university to send transcripts and other documents to WES directly. After they receive documents, they may / may not send email and post mail to college again for second verification. If college is responsive enough, evaluation would be faster.
