WES Evaluation

Hi everyone,
I just got my wes evaluation report for my 3 years polytechnic diploma after 10th.
It says Secondary school diploma and diploma (2 years). I've also graduated from 2 years diploma in Canada.
Do I qualify for these points??
Level of education = 98
Study in Canada = 15

Please help me if somebody knows about this.
