I have done Btech - 4 years regular
and then law 3 yeard (Regular)
on WES evaluation would that be counted as two bachelors degree or one.

You gotta get your ECA done. No one can tell you anything for sure

ok , thank you. but as i was checking wes evaluation online . when selected law for evaluation it was showing for 4-5-6 years but there was no option to select 3 years

That is why you need to get your ECA done. The equivalency tool is just a guide to understand about the equivalency of Canadian degrees.

but can you please answer this , law three years degree from india , is it holding any value in canada or now. please check this for me Smith

Law is a licensed profession. So that means WES will need to recognize it as a professional degree. I have read that IQAS evaluates law degrees correctly.

IQAS processing time is lengthy but they will probably evaluate it correctly. So I would suggest you go for IQAS

thanks a ton , i will go with IQAS , you seems to be a nice person. are you on fb, we can connect there. there is lot to be discussed

Two or More Certificates for sure. There is a chance of Masters as well for Law education.

thanks , shall i go with WES OR IQAS FOR law evaluation ?
If your age is less than 30 and you have 3 years of experience, then go with WES.

As if even WES will give you "two or more" education equivalency, you will get 7 points less than Masters.
Which you can easily cover up with your age factor.

If your age is more, then go with IQAS to get those 7 points. However, IQAS will take 12 weeks post they receive all documents, whereas WES takes only 21 days.

Choice is yours.
