Wes evaluation urgent help needed

I have done bca which is a three year program from pu. I have 1 year gap in which i failed and completed the program in 4 years. I have sent my transcripts to wes. But status is reviewing your documents from 2 weeks. Will that gap create any problem??? Please help

WES takes at least 20 working days, gap will not create any problem if you have submitted all genuine documents.your transcript will say 3 years course not of 4 years and they will consider that only.
