WES Evaluation for FY & SY Bcom Mumbai, India

Need some advice

I am about to applying for the WES evaluation for my wife’s education.

She has done upto 2nd Year Bcom (14th) in Mumbai, but didn’t finished her Graduation.

Will WES evaluate the 2 years after HSC as 2 years or 1 year Diploma and if yes , how many point can she gain of this
