WES Evaluation - 1 Document Pending

Hi All,
I had submitted my documents to WES for evaluation. However, there is 1 document still pending that should have been received by WES around 19th May 17. I have tried to email them several times and have also triead calling them but to no avail. Can anyone advise what I can do to counter this issue?

Login into your WES account, click on help and on the top u will be able to see write to us, send an inquiry by explaining the scenario
