WES evaluated my certificated as non-recognized

Please guys,i sent my degree and certificate to WES from institut supérieur de communication et de gestion (iscg university) Benin republic and WES said it is non recognised,i'm quiet surprised cause that school is recognized in Benin,please is there anybody in the same situation,i need advice on what to do

I am considering to re-evaluate the degree from IQAS instead of WES.
