WES Equivalency report for spouse necessary or not?

Hello guys,
I am trying to apply under express entry experienced class.
I have done my WES equivalency report as i am a principle applicant , Do I have to have Equivalency report for my spouse too??
She has 2 years of experience as a Fashion Stylist ? Will her experience be counted for more crs points?

Please help guys.
