Wes Equivalency report confusion

Hello friends,
I just got my Education credentials evaluated form WES.
I have done 3 years diploma in Electrical engineering from India and 2 Years Electrical Technician from Canada.
But ECA says my 3 years diploma is equivalent to 2 years of Canadian degree.
I am confused now ..Will I still be eligible to get points (2+3 years) criteria?

As you clearly said ECA says my 3 years diploma is equivalent to 2 years of Canadian degree.

Then it's clear that you have 2+2 yrs.
