If I graduate (complete my bachelors) from indian college or university and complete my pg or masters from canadian college or university, is WES required for my Bachelors???

I am confused can any one shed some light upon the same??

Big difference between PG and Masters. What are you studying in Canada?

If you are counting your bachelors degree for points for EE then yes. If you are doing a Masters, then you don’t need the ECA because you would get high points. If a PG, then you would need an ECA for your bachelors.

You need to ECA to maximize points for two or more degrees. Congrats on your study permit.
