Dear Seniors,
Need help on below Q :

1> After sealing envelope, should it be physically signed by the controller of examination or rubber stamp of signature is also fine ? in my university in India controller of examination does not sign on the envelope.
2> Signature across the flap can be any official or it has to be controller of examination ? I can get the signature of deputy controller of examination.

The rubber stamp would work but it would be better if you can get the envelop signed as well. Yes, the dep. contrlr of xam can sign it.
