WES ECA Visiting University tomorrow - URGENT HELP !!!!!

Hi Experts,

I am going to visit university in couple of days for transcripts. I have got my pre printed form after payment made to WES. Next I have filled up my university's internal transcripts application form. I have following doubt that -

1. Should I handover that WES form to university and tell them to put that form in sealed envelope ? Or what should I do with that form ?

or should I get it signed from university and keep it with me and separately put that in large which I am going to send to WES.... I am really confused with these WES procedures. Soon I will go mad with these WES procedures...... :'( :'( :'(

2. I have one big envelope I am thinking to put that sealed envelope in that large envelop and other than this what do I need put in that envelope ( which I am sending from my end ) ?
a. All 3 years mark sheets ?
b. B.com degree certificate ?
c. Passport copies ?
d. Anything else I am missing ?


Experts please reply with simple "YES/NO" against questions and explanation if you feel so, if that I am heading wrong somewhere. I will be appreciating all yours help.

The WES form should be signed and seny by the University along with your transcripts.
you only send your certificate personally to WES

dont forget to write your WES id on the envelope etc.

Does it need to include in "Sealed Envelope" or large envelope in which I am sending my other documents..... ?

put it in a large envelope, write your address and the wes address and post it... and you are done!!!!

and if possible ask your university to post your documents through FEDEX or DHL so you can track your package

Its simple, u jst need to get your all semester marksheet copies (all attested by registrar/exam dept) and then put it in official envelope along with provisional and degree copy & that transcript request form duly signed. Ask them to seal this envelope with official seal and sign & hand it over to you.

I am reading on few threads that marksheets and degree certificates need not be attested by anyone.... and some people are saying that it needs to be signed....

What is real scenario ? Should I get it attested or not ?

The xerox copies of semester marksheets need to be attested whereas consolidated marksheet and degree cert need not to be attested. But to be on the safer side, I got every document attested and sent them along with the unattested ones (only consolidated and degree cert.) in my case.
