WES ECA Report

One of my friends did an ECA report from WES for "professional licensing" and NOT immigration.

Now he wants to apply for express entry.

How can he request the ECA report for immigration, knowing that he already has a report for professional licensing from WES.

Should he repeat the whole processa gain i.e. sending the documents from university again ?

OR he can request a duplicate copy for IRCC from his WES account ? How long it takes to get the immigration report ?

CIC needs ECA for immigration. The WES reference number has IMM... which makes it different from other evaluations

Contact WES and ask them to upgrade their report to include immigration.
