WES ECA Question

WES provide a request form / template along with instructions for obtaining transcripts.
Do the university / college HAVE to complete this and return it along with the transcripts? Or is it fine to not have it.

Yes, you have to fill out your part which is the applicant information and send it to your university to fill out their part in order to complete the form. They (your university) should send the completed form as well as your transcript to WES themselves.

I think that form is optional. It is required in case you are asking University to directly send to WES (authorizing them to release their information to WES)
No harm in sending it along though, even if not mandatory
