I have been trying to get my ECA due to few personal errands I haven't started it yet. But, today I wanted to get things rolling for ECA, I have received my sealed envelope transcripts from my university. I thought of courier these documents to WES, now I read in WES official site that they are accepting documents directly from institutions but not from individuals. My question is, Bangalore University in India does not have option of providing this service. I want to know if there is any other way around, or should I try other ECA vendors? your guidance is much appreciated. Thank You
