Hi all~!

I’ve graduated from a university in Australia and I would like to apply for the ECA report for immigration (CIC) purpose. But I have some questions about academic documents requirement.

According to the website instruction, Academic Transcript should be An official document issued by the degree awarding institution that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of study.

I would like to know whether the transcript should be the original, or it can be a photocopy as long as it is sent in a sealed envelope directly to WES by the degree awarding institution.

Besides, is the Degree Certificate can be photocopied by myself and send to WES? Or it should be verified by the degree awarding institution?

Also, is all the documents can be sent by airmail?

Thanks!!

Hi
Since transcript is an official document and will be send by the university itself, there is no question of original or photocopy there, the university prepares the transcripts and sends to WES on your behalf.
You can send the photocopy of the degree to WES, no problems there.

Hope this helps.

no just the transcripts

Is that means photocopy of my acedamic record is acceptable as long as it is attested by the University and put it in a sealed envelope?
