I had recently applied for WES to verify my education report. I received my credentials report today stating that " The names on your academic credentials submitted differs from the name indicated above". I have indicated in my WES application as first name : Hernest Marie Saint Julien and last name: Lourdessamy Saint Julien (father's name) as per passport. My education docs have the name " Hernest Marie saint Julien . L" . I even submitted an affidavit stating that both the name mentions the same person. How to overcome this issue? Kindly advise.
