WES duplicate inquiry

Dear members,
Need your kind advice on how should I proceed with a copy of WEC ECA for OINP. The matter of fact, I've sent the hardcopy (photocopy) of my WES report with my OINP application, which reached them on Dec.3, 2015. (my application reached Ontario before new requirements for ECA were announced)
I am still waiting for AOR and haven't received any correspondence from OINP requesting WES ECA report copy to be sent directly from WES. In this situation, should I order a copy of WES report now or wait until OINP sends an email requesting it? I'm bit worried that my OINP application can be deemed as "incomplete" lacking a copy of ECA sent directly by WES. Thank you very much for your comments!

I seriously doubt if they can label an application to be incomplete just for this additional ECA copy.
You can wait until they ask you for it OR you may proceed and order a copy from WES to be sent directly to OINP.
