WES Documents Submission for spouse

When I fill in a form of WES online, it gives an option to fill in my credentials only. My wife needs to create a separate WES account and get a separate WES reference number? If we have 2 WES reference numbers, will we have issues while filling in the express entry profile?

Yes both of you need separate WES account and reference number. There will be no issue while filling the information in the EE profile.
