wes document-by-document OR a course-by-course evaluation ??

For FSW ECA i have sent my documents to WES and have chosen FSWP Credential Assessment Package.
But later i also see something called document-by-document OR a course-by-course evaluation. I`m confused
as to which was the actual requirement and if i have chosen the incorrect assessment type. Please help.

Currently the packages I see for WES Credential Evaluation Packages are as follows:

1. COURSE-BY-COURSE REPORT
Suitable for education, licensing and certification
2. DOCUMENT-BY-DOCUMENT REPORT
Suitable for employment, immigration or secondary school credentials

Where is the FSWP one. Please help.

Also, is it necessary to get the 10th and 12th education evaluated as well? WES mentions the following for Secondary education. Do we get some extra points for 10th and 12th education evaluation?

If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not need to submit any secondary school documents with your application.

Dear All,
I made the WES payment today and my bank confirmed that a total of CAD 322.05 has been successfully transferred . But upon checking application summary , it reflects that the total fees paid as CAD 272.05
the breakdown is indicated as below:
WES ICAP document by document evaluation - $ 150
Mailing option - International overnight - $ 85
Sub total -$ 235
13% harmonised tax - 37.05
Total - $ 272.05


pls could anyone clarify why this is?
