WES Degree Evaluation queries.

Hi all,

I have some queries regarding WES Evaluation.

1) I have done Bachelors from MUET Pakistan, do i need to send Matriculation and Intermediate certificates?
2) Besides Bachelors degree , i have to send transcript also ?
3) if i need to send matriculation and intermediate certificates then in much time they are attested and provided in sealed envelopes.?
