WES credential request from OU

Hello,
I have paid 3100/- to Osmania University online for my bachelor’s transcript request, i want to request for my Masters degree too, but OU is asking me to pay 3100/- again for masters degree. Isn’t it possible for both degrees in single payment? Please help, thanks

If you can get a transcript for a Master degree that would be enough to base your request for ECA.

Not necessary, sometimes WES will give a "Post Graduate Diploma for X years" equivalency certificate to a Masters degree from an Indian University. In such a case if the applicant has bachelor's degree they will be able to get "Two or more degrees, diplomas or certificate" points in their Express Entry. Sending only Masters transcript for WES is a risk IMO.
