Wes credential name and passport name differ post marriage

Dear all,
I received my WES evaluation today. My maiden name was in my credential. But my passport name has my husband's surname added as surname.

Maiden Name: L A M
Passport name: L A M C
The report says the name on credential differs. Should I write to WES or explain to CIC after ITA with my marriage certificate and passport copy..or a affidavit may be? Please guide.

Hello,

No. WES wont make changes to your evaluation report. they use the same name as mentioned in your degree. For the name in the passport, you have an option in express entry personal section where you can choose your maiden name.

marriage certificate is accepted as a proof of this name change so you dont need to notorize a document etc.

I have the same query.
So when to submit a marriage certificate and it should be true copied?
@Nishant, as you mentioned they will use the same name as mentioned in degree but WES account will open with the name appears as a passport? Correct me if I am wrong.
