WES credential assessment for the EE program

Hello people,

I am a newbie and just started working on the EE application steps. I am seeking advice/help for the academic credential assessment by WES. I am from Bangladesh and I checked the country specific requirement mentioned in the WES. For Bangladesh,do I need to get my SSC and HSC certificates assessed by WES along with my Bachelors and masters certificates?

Anyone please confirm me this information?

No need for SSC and HSC. Masters and Bachelors would be fine.

Hi,

In regard with SSC & HSC, would they be required at later stage for submission, like at the time of application after invitation.

Concerned because there is a name change issue.

For express entry how important is the score of IELTS of the spouse? Is it mandatory? Is their any minimum score requirement both for principal applicant and the spouse?TIA

IELTS for spouse (co-applicant) is optional, you need to get it done only if you need additional points. For spouse's IELTS, you can claim up to a maximum of 20 points.

I am the principal applicant of Express entry. I know for principal applicant the GT IELTS is a requirement. My spouse is about to take IELTS but I was wondering if ONLY the GT IELTS is acceptable for spouse or CIC accepts academic IELTS for Spouse? This is an urgent query. Please help!

It has to be General Training for both. IELTS for the co-applicant is optional, unless you want to claim points.

Score for Express entry

Hello all,

I am so disappointed after I figured out with my existing ielts score my score is only 398. The score changes to 464 if I get 8 in each band in IELTS. There is no other way I can increase my score. It seems very hard to get 8 in each band. I just appeared in ielts and my score are as followed:

READING: 6.5
WRITING: 7
LISTENING: 7.5
SPEAKING:8.5

I am not sure if I can raise this score to 8. Please suggest me the best possible ways to approach Canadian Immigration.

My wife has a name change post marriage. Can any1 tell me wat will be the complications in getting her ECA with pre marriage name & then furnishing all other info wid post marriage name. Also wanted to check which all areas it can create troble. FYI her bank a/c, mrrg certy, aadhaar, passport, work ex letters, IT returns etc all are available for post mrrg name ?
