WES/COSTI joint application for ECA?

I found this "WES/COSTI joint online application" at WES to have documents both translated and evaluated -

(cant post link.. should be first result if you google for the name)

Is this valid for ECA for express entry? I noticed there's another application for ECA on the site, but my docs are not translated so if it's the same thing, this would be handy.

Guys, I'm still really looking for some help on this as I want to submit this as soon as possible!

I filled in the form but am afraid to pay and go with it and end up being the wrong thing, not suitable for ECA
