WES complete. How to order now ?

dear all
just got an email from WES saying the evaluation is complete. It says that i need to order a dupicate copy and pay again for it. I was under the impression that all the payments were complete when i ordered the evaluation. Can someone guide me on this please ?

Hi,
You might have paid for 2 copies of wes eca right?
If you have paid for that along with the evaluation fees, you will
Get that via post mostly UPS IF ITS international location.

seems i have ordered a duplicate too...got confused with the whole thing....have written to them if they can cancel the duplicate order...lets see....one more thing...with the application apart from the wes evaluation report do i also need to put my degrees and marksheets ? also do i need to attest them ?

Hello, I applied for WES report on the 1st of June. Documents from my academic institutions all reach Wes on the16th, 17th and 19th of June. since then my status reads: waiting for verification from institution. I have contacted wes for this yet no reply. Has anyone gone through this before? please advice me. I am worried.
