WES Attestation for Pakistan

Dear,

I went through many threads regarding WES attestation for Pakistani citizens,got confused. Please refer to below mentioned questions , your supportive response will be appreciated.

Note: keep in mind that all my documents are already attested by IBCC and HEC in 2015.

1) for WES attestation, what documents are required regarding HEC?
2) Documents required for FBISE attestation, like only certificates, as marks are already reported on them or we also need mark sheets.

Hello, I have a query regarding documents. I already got photocopies of documents attested by hec on 21st nov 2019. I have asked HEC if they could seal it in an envelope with the same stamp no they have agreed. Now, my question is does wes approve of documents a year before? Or do I have to go through attestation process again
