Hey, so I failed one module at a UK University, but I still passed the year and was given a certificate of HE.

At first WES were asking for my final degree certificate but now the status has changed automatically to 'accepted'. Does anyone know if this means the degree was verified and equivalent to 1 year university, or are they going to say that it's not the equivalent as I didn't get 120 credits (I got 100)?

Thanks!

Status accepted means documents provided are accepted, Not equivalency of degree

Yeah I think she was asking whether or not having been given a certificate forcompleting the year when she failed a module would affect equivalency.

Cant really read detailed query on work. sorry lol

If she failed and later passed and issued degree certificate. she should be okay. but if study is not completed and degree certificate was not issued then I don't know.

I failed in my first year and I cleared everything and issued degree certificate. It was valid with WES

I think she ONLY completed her first year though, so got a certificate for the first year, but still failed one module.

Yes, I failed one module but I was still issued my final degree certificate by the University.
So I have 100 credits and a final degree certificate.
I'm worried that WES are going to go off of credits rather than a completed year.

So did you do all three years and get a degree? or one year and a certificate of HE? it will help you question be clearer :)

so you are asking:

you finished one year, got a cert of higher education, even though you failed a module. Therefore you're worried that failed module will mean you're not equivalent to a canadian year at college?
