My agent said that they'll be submitting the documents of my spouse and mine through their account when i requested for the login IDs of the accounts as I read that we should create separate accounts for the ECA skill assessment. but the agent said they're sending documents through their agency account. is this possible ? Should't we be having individual accounts for each skill assessment even if it is done by an agent?
