Went to UAE for a week while study permit is in process? How do I inform CIC?

I applied for Study Permit on Jan 20th, 2015 with upfront medical using online application portal. After 10 days or so they showed I passed Medical and now my documents are under review since then.

I have just got back from Dubai, UAE as I went there for a week (Entry date: 25 Feb 2015 and Exit date: 3 Mar 2015). Now I want to inform about this change to them so they know.

What is standard way of informing about this change?

Just for your info, I can't use Case Specific form because it's not exceeded normal processing times.

I had put wrong application date. I just fixed it. I applied on Jan 20th 2015 and not on Feb 20th 2015.
