She *is* still your sponsor, until 3 years have passed, you lose your PR or CIC let her off the hook.
Even while you are in Turkey, she is still your sponsor, and she cannot choose otherwise.

Maybe that is why you don't have your PR card, because she doesn't want you to return and make her responsible for you.

We got married in turkey so we still didn't get divorce.İ guess she was e mailing stuff to tax department to let them know we not paying taxes together anymore

If you are still legally married she but i guess she considered you officially separated? She can do that after you have been separated for 3 months.

and shes not my sponsor (for not pay more than normal anymore which is bad i see)

She is still your sponsor.

What im trying to do now is if i can land there again somehow with travel document before i lose my pr status i can find a job and stay there with worker visa ( i guess)

You are a PR so you dont need a work visa.

but i dont make my plans for canada anyway.İ will just give it a try.İ dont know what should i say after i apply if they ask me why i came back before my pr card arrive or why im here for 6 months bla bla.

I dont know either.

When I see people who have no clue what their PR statuses entail or what being a sponsor means, I wonder how they managed to get a successful application sent off. I do know it makes me feel more at ease with the one I just sent off. Sorry for cutting in on another note, but, yeah, you know..
You should browse the threads on permanent residency obligations. Makes you just need to bang your head on a nearby wall.

No comment. I still have the bruise...

still nobody has a certain answer :( because the law new so non of us knows much about it.İ don't have very much hope tho because canadian goverment trying to reduce immigrant numbers..

contact the Canadian consulate that issued your application. Tell them that you landed in Canada and applied for your PR but you had to travel before you receive it.
They will check with CIC about your status , if your wife(x) didnt report about breaking the marriage down, then the consulate will issue you special visa that stat that you already landed migrant without PR. and after arrival to Canada reapply for a new PR with a different address that your wife soon to be x-wife live on.
if she already reported to CIC , I guess it is done.

The favourite of the day was (after someone saying that CoPR mean confirmation of permanent residency) "It means Conditional Permanent Residency!)

Maybe it was this thread, I should hide

@ Graihn i'm the one that mistakenly said COPR is conditional PR. i saw someone around here saying that so i assumed it was right. i'm sorry that i upset you with my confusion, we're all humans and we make mistakes, i should've looked more into it. I'm a newbie with all these stuff and you can admit that there's a lot to aknowledge about the immigration process. don't expect people to know everything right from the beginning (given the fact that many use a lot of abbreviations around here so it's confusing).

instead of laughing at them, educate them. after all, that's the reason why we're all here.. to help eachother.

Sorry Cutiepie, I know urs was an honest mistake now, I just remembered it wrong!
What grinds my gear are people who have no idea how the process works and what being a PR and sponsor means, and don't respect the rules and regulations for immigrating to Canada, and then they go on a rant abt CIC.
Again, Cutiepie, sorry I didn't mean to offend you, it was actually a rather funny "correction" you made :) and you have nothing to do with what I really had a problem with. Cheerio! Have a good weekend!

Graihn and Cutiepie. This is the kind of communication I love to read in forum. A big Plus 1 to both of you. Have a peaceful weekend.

Hello Pippin, good to 'see' you. You've been MIA.! Hope you had a lovely holiday and the new year has been good to you and yours.

yeah i definitely saw that some have no idea what they're doing, but it's never too late to clear everything up! :D

i never even submitted my application so i don't really fall in that category i'm afraid. will do so though. i hope i'll submit a full application that will satisfy CIC.

@ Pippin thanks for the +1 ;)

have a great weekend all of you!
