Webform response times?

About 3 weeks ago my partner and I’s application for spousal sponsorship was cancelled because we “failed to upload requested additional documentation” that we never received notice of. We submitted a request for our file to be re-opened via the webform 19 days ago but haven’t received a response. What is the standard wait time for this webform? Should we just swallow the loss and reapply?

There are no timelines. So you didn't receive any notification that webform was received? It can take up to 30 days for a generic response and months before you may know if they will reopen your file.

Actually i received ADR for supplement travel for spouse and a day before i received for mine(principal) and i submitted and acknowledged by ircc as well and then later next day they gave to my spouse so i submitted the supplement travel form making him as a principal applicant in the form for my spouse and mention the details is this correct what i did ?

Also i was have a option to upload in gckey but after uploading i couldn't go further bcoz their is no further proceed option or next option to continue so i choose to submit this same form via webform is this correct what i did ?

Also this ADR was having a deadline of 6 days only
