Hello, we want to submit the latest NOA (2022) since we submitted NOA (2021) with our application and just provided an explanation letter.

since we have the 2022 NOA, how can we submit it to Webform? Our application status is just Application Received, no AOR yet. How can you send on Webform if you dont have an application number yet?

You just have to wait until you get your aor. Anyway, aor is for completeness check. After that they will check you, sponsor, the documents and proof you send if your approved.
