Web form submission for Principal applicant's residential address update

My spouse was trying to submit web form for residential address update but confused on the below question:
Is your application being processed by an office outside Canada?
should it be yes or no and how do I know which office the application is being processed at?

I applied for outland spousal application (AOR, medicals, biometrics, background completed) and my Wife is currently in Canada on TRV.

most likely it's a yes since you applied outland
check all of your correspondences, they should mention their office at the bottom
