Web form acknowledge please

Hello,

Stupid question but I raised already 2 web forms and got reply within 7 days (for the 1st one) and 3 weeks (for the second).

II submitted yesterday a new document via webform and I was wondering when ircc will acknowledge it. I didn't receive any confirmation last time.

So my question is, does ircc receive your webform and only reply many days later OR do you think that the day ircc replies is the day (now they re taking more than 2 weeks to reply) they acknowledge of your request?

I am asking because I have asked for gscm that should arrive within a week And I would like to know if those documents would be taken into consideration along with my gscm or if they will impact them or be written in my file (so the agent would see them when gscm will be sent).

The missing document was my Husbands's Australia driving history, Actualy he didnt have a Austrialia drivers licence as he was a student. We provided have Autralia PCC.

I have requested for status update through webforms early this month. Did not receive neither a confirmation nor a reply.

To continue with the story....I called ircc last week....the webform I sent on january 4th with additionnal document was not even registered yet in my file....(on jan 21st).
So I am wondering if I should send again that document...
