Hi, I'm Sohail ahmad from Pakistan, I'm 25 now. I am currently working as a JavaScript (Vue.js) developer since last 2 years here in Pakistan. I have done my Graduation in BSIT from Pakistan and looking for a work permit in canada relevant to my field of interest (Programming/web development).

Could anyone please Guide me.

So get a job offer. Apply for jobs. Get employer to file for LMIA proving no Canadian or PR or person with an authorized work permit can do the job, only you. Get ECA and IELTS done along with employment letters for proof. Once you have LMIA, apply for a closed work permit.
